General

What is the best way to contact you?

What is the best way to care for my shirt?

For the best results, turn your garment inside out. Machine wash on cold. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Hang dry is preferred, but if you use the dryer, be sure to use low heat. You will receive these instructions on the back of our business card with every order.

Can I send you an idea for a custom order?

YES! We love custom orders. The best way to start the custom order process is to visit our "Customs" Page and fill out the needed info, OR you may e-mail us at info@oldgaldesigns.com

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the United States for a flat shipping rate of $6.

How long does shipping take?

Our turn around time is 10-15 Business Days (Monday-Friday) from the date of paid invoice.  We do not work weekends, holidays or evenings.  This turn around time allows us to process your order, order items we may need to finalize your purchase and then to get your item shipped out.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active withing 24 hours. We are not responsible for your package once it is in the USPS hands, however we will be glad to provide you with any additional information that may help with your claim. 

Do you offer local-pick up?

Yes! We offer free local pick-up on all orders. Once your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail letting you know it’s ready and the address to come pick it up. We have a pick-up bin beside our mailbox that allows you to come get your package at your convenience.

Returns

How do I return an item?

All items are made to order and are based off your selection.  For this reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an issue on our part.  Please remember that we are human, and mistakes happen.  If you have an issue with your purchase, you must notify us within 48hrs of delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and with tags. To start a return, you can contact us at info@oldgaldesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
